The secret of the Gandy metering system

Gandy has set the standard for the industry in metering materials. Individual metering wheels feed seed, fertilizer or virtually any dry material from the hopper into individual venturi where the air stream moves it through hoses to all delivery points.

The rotating speed of the metering wheels determines the application rate. Depending on the type of metering wheels you select, the Gandy Orbit-Air delivers 2- to 300-pounds per acre in swaths up to 60, 70 or more feet wide. The proven Gandy Orbit-Air system uses material more efficiently. With no waste. Or uncontainable spills. 

Dependable Air Power, Metering wheels mounted above individual air mixing chambers feed seed or other materials into the air stream. Rugged blower supplies air pressure to each individual venturi. Delivery tubes may be routed to deflectors for broadcasting, banders for banding, planter units, injector shanks for deep-banding or for in-furrow placement.
